Duties and Responsibilities

Document Control

• Carry out documentation of all information where required for successful running of QMS
• Distribution of documents; either internally or externally
• Carry out any updates or changes towards documented information wherever necessary
• Evaluation of all documented information ensuring that there are no conflicting information
• Maintenance of all documented information that pertain to the procedures for control of documented information
• Support Management Representative (MR) in the management and control of ISO 9001 documents that are completed by every department
• Take on the role of Lead Auditor and support Management Representative in the preparation and execution of internal and external audits and Management Reviews

Continuous Improvement

• Identify areas for improvement within the business and propose changes where necessary (such as SOPs, documentation formats etc.)
• Business process improvement

Criteria

• Minimum qualification is D3 in Management or Engineering-related fields
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001:2015
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Document Control/Continuous Improvement role in the manufacturing industry
• Previous experience as a lead auditor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
