Job Descriptions:

1. Analyzing business processes: The Operations Development Manager must analyze and understand the current business processes within the organization. He will review data and feedback from various sources to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the current processes.
2. Developing and implementing new processes: Once the Operations Development Manager has analyzed the current processes, he will develop new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. He will work with various stakeholders to ensure that the new processes are implemented correctly and are effective.
3. Managing projects: The Operations Development Manager will oversee various projects related to process improvement and efficiency. He will manage the timelines, budgets, and resources needed for these projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
4. Providing training and support: The Operations Development Manager will provide training and support to employees as new processes are implemented. He will ensure that employees understand the new processes and procedures and can effectively implement them.
5. Monitoring performance: The Operations Development Manager will monitor the performance of the new processes and procedures to ensure they meet the intended goals. He will track and analyze data to identify any areas that need further improvement.
6. Developing reports: The Operations Development Manager will develop reports to communicate progress and results to senior management. They will also make recommendations for further improvements to operations.
7. Collaborating with other departments: The Operations Development Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that the new processes are integrated effectively across the organization. He will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the new processes are aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

1. Highly responsibility, collaboration & cooperation skill to work with the operations development team.
2. Having leadership skill to design setting goals, drawing up operations development plans (with approval from Operations Development Director), and assessing the quality of operations.
3. Having strong communication skill, organizational and negotiation skills.
4. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business (will provide with the necessary background needs to thrive in this area).
5. 8 to 10 years of Audit experience with Big Four Audit firm/ reputable MNC (manufacturing company) would be advantageous.
6. Having a strong spoken and writing skill in English would be advantageous.
7. Willing to be based in Jakarta/ Batam (monthly trips to our factories and plantations located in Riau islands).
