Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Operations Management

1.         Direct and coordinate on-site operations, includes ensuring workplace safety. In the absence of the Project Manager, to engage the client on site to ensure smooth execution.

2.         Establish work schedules and delegate tasks and accountabilities.

3.         Identify relevant regulatory and legislative prerequisites in preparation for project execution.

4.         Attend progress and site meetings where necessary.

5.         Improve processes to maximize output : example review production process to improve efficiency and reduce cost without affecting the outcome of the project.

6.         Use relevant information and judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations or standards.

7.         Identify, manage, negotiate pricing with subcontractors / suppliers and follow through closely on deliverables.

8.         Ensure subcontractors / suppliers provide needed goods or services in accordance with the specifications.

9.         Submit relevant routine reports and identify quality issues relating to operational processes and methodology.

10.     Analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

11.     Review and ensure that corrective actions for non-conformances are carried out.

12.     Ensure that inspection and pre-installation checks of materials and work-in-progress are performed in accordance with established procedures.

13.     Ensure that all raw material used meet the specified requirements.

14.     Ensure building and regulatory requirements are adhered to.

15.     Participate (when necessary) in activities relating to the quality of products and services, such as contract review, product specification changes, assessment of suppliers, customer complaints and internal quality audit.

16.     Implement risk management and risk controls in alignment with organization’s risk management framework.

Staff Relations

1.         Guide, direct and motivate subordinates and evaluate performance.

2.         Identify the developmental needs of others and coach them to improve their knowledge or skills.

3.         Encourage and build mutual trust, respect and cooperation among team members.

4.         Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.

5.         Ensure that all team members have a complete understanding of the company’s policies and procedures, rules and regulations.

6.         Conduct briefings and regular meetings.

7.         Establish and maintain relationships with third parties / vendors.

General & Administration

1.         Ensure ISO requirements are adhered to throughout the execution of all projects.

2.         Handle complaints, settle disputes, resolve grievances and conflicts or otherwise negotiate with others.

3.         Inspect equipment, structures or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.

4.         Develop, design or create new applications, ideas, relationships, systems or products including artistic contributions.

5.         Respond actively and quickly to changes in the operations as dictated by the company, industry or customers’ expectations.

6.         Protect and preserve the company’s interest.

General Performance

1.         Overall execution of projects handled.

2.         Overall quality, service delivery and customer relationship.

3.         Team members’ development and turnover.

Requirements :

·        5-7 years of operational experience in built industry.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Flexible and adaptable.

·        Proven ability to solve problems effectively.

·        Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline.

·        Ability to work under pressure.
