Requirement

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Organization Development, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior and Psychology or relevant disciplines
• Min 4 years of working experience in Industrial Relation or HR Representative. Experience in handling HR for Retail or F&B Business is a plus.
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, which covers, but not limited to: Organizational Development, People Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Strategic Compensation Management, Culture & Engagement. Knowledge of Indonesia Labor Laws and Regulations is a must
• Understanding handling GA Matter (understand BPJS)
• Ability to multi–task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills;

Responsibilities

• Manage and support HR in area
• Maintain effective relationships and communication between Human Resources Division with stakeholders, employee with employee and Human Resources with employee to ensure positive work environment
• Analyze legal issues, industrial disputes, new regulations and any other related to the labor law and company regulation
• Focusing on control area of Information Security, Continuity of Business, HR Operations Process Control (Onboarding, Employee Life Cycle, Offboarding, ComBen Administrative, and Payroll) and Manager Control Assessment
• Resolve and anticipate disputes involving management, employees or government agencies
