Requirement:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, active STR is required.
2. Required skill: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Drive ( Docs, Sheets, Slides).
3. Good administrative skills, detail oriented and positive attitude.
4. Excellent interpersonal communication skills, being proficient in English is a plus point.

Job Description:

1. Handle "Ask the Expert" feature on client's application.
2. Answer general questions about health, refer special case questions to specialist doctors.
3. Handle and enrich project assets to further its usage.
4. Maintain good relationships with not only external doctors, but internal teams as well.
5. Collect any necessary data for reporting.
