Lowongan Production Technician di PT Virtue Diagnostics Indonesia

This position is responsible for reagent manufacturing activities according to production plan & schedule and assist production head to complete the commissioning and qualification of process equipment.

Responsibilities:

1. Follow up work plan and produce part in good quality and planned quantity.
2. Troubleshooting and promptly give feedback to superior.
3. Training and monitor operators’ work according to WI requirement and ensure operator is qualified.
4. Coordinate with PE and other departments to analyze the root cause of defective products, and take corrective and preventive actions to avoid the same problem happened repeatedly.
5. Provide positive suggestion, optimizing production line, improving efficiency, reduce scrap and costs.
6. Support NPI and other type of projects as technical support.
7. Support manufacturing process training, manufacturing process management, supervision and technical service on production site.
8. Participate in continuous improvement activities and cost reduction projects, work out the solutions of on-site problems.
9. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Education and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy/Pharmacist, Biology, Engineering, Life Science or related.
2. Minimum 2 years or more working experience in IVD or related field.  
3. Experienced in quality system of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMPs. 
4. Hands on the medical products’ processing and production is preferred.
5. Fluent in English.
6. Wiling to work in Cikarang
