Job description:

• Responsible to ensure company has comply with Indonesia Law & Regulations including Depnaker and BPJS.
• Monitoring Employee performance appraisal (Probation, Contract, annual, et cetera).
• Develop HR specific schemes such as compensation, performance management for the initial setup of the organization.
• Organize and implement a recruitment plan.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent. 
• Minimum 30 years old.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Have a legal background will be advantage.
• Immediately available is a preferred.
