Job description:
- Responsible to ensure company has comply with Indonesia Law & Regulations including Depnaker and BPJS.
- Monitoring Employee performance appraisal (Probation, Contract, annual, et cetera).
- Develop HR specific schemes such as compensation, performance management for the initial setup of the organization.
- Organize and implement a recruitment plan.
Requirements:
-  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent.Â
- Minimum 30 years old.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Have a legal background will be advantage.
- Immediately available is a preferred.
