We're hiring position for Human Resouce Manager that focused on development for Company and all People in Company. The job responsibilites include :

• Meeting 1 time / month with Owner / CEO / CFO
• Coaching all team at least done in 1 month and consistent repeatedly
• Create and implementation company value
• Recruitment process every week
• Communication with Owner / CEO by daily report
• Handling BPJS for all employee and create PP
• Give advice for CEO / Owner about good solution
• Create Action Plan per Quarter
• Give solution for anything happen about SDM in company
• Handling uniform for all employee
• Handling all legal, document and other things about General Affair
• Collaboration with team to keep safety, comfort and clean in company area
• Monitoring absen daily report to all grup
• Creating system "program kerja" which is effective and efficiency
• Daily check routine for work location (weekly)
• Creating simply process recruitment
• Give feedback for Good People and Bad people

This role have a specific job timing between 9 am - 5 pm, however the role requires that we build a strong value company with all employees which may mean taking them out to event or etc

We have Weekly meeting on the first of 3 months and then Monthly meeting after passes 3 month every last monday in a month to align everyone's goals

Our work location at Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara (Ruko jalan utama) and will work with finance manager, marketing manager, operation manager, HRGA team, CEO, CFO

Your journey will start with orientation and induction after that will have a mentorship program with owner and learn anything course to become "Excellent HR"
