Finance Manager

Requirements :

• Fully Qualified professional Accountant.

• Demonstrate ability to drive Elliott Group business without continuous management.

• Experience of management accounting practices (include GAAP & IFRS's).

• Exposure to risk based safety.

• Participation in process based improvement.

• Knowledge of internal control practice.

• U.S accounting & reporting requirements.

• Experience related to international banking practices and procedures.

• Indirect and direct taxation experience.

• Broad based commercial experience in dealing with T&C's payment terms and contractual finance.

• Consistently working to strict deadlines.

• High Supervisory skills.

Job Description:

• Responsible for coordinating the input of all source data into the computerized accounting system including the recognition of accruals and prepayments to ensure a proper month-end cut off.

• Manage the production of monthly management accounts in a timely manner for use by local management for control purposes and for consolidation. Management accounts include comparisons to plan/deviation analyses and explanations and accord to both Indonesian and U.S. accounting standards.

• Periodic variance analyses.

• Manage the preparation of monthly financial package and related schedules for transmission to U.S. parent.

• Responsible for arranging annual physical inventories and compare results of physical count against book reporting surplus/deficit to the Finance Director.

• Management and review of inventory and WIP. Analyze inventory for slow-moving, surplus and obsolete items and ensure that obsolescence provision is adequate.

• Manage the preparation and review of all balance sheet accounts within the proscribed time and review same with Americas Controller.

• Assist with preparation of monthly and annual P&L and BS forecasts.

• Assist with preparation of monthly and annual capital spend for the entities.

• Assist with preparation on of monthly and annual booking forecasts.
