Responsibilities

• Assist with HR Manager on manpower budgeting.
• Primary responsibilities include the management and oversight of Human Resources policies and procedures supported
• Supervising, and coordinating the activities related to employment, labor relations, compensation, and employee relations
• Handling the recruitment process and managing the talent pool.
• Conducting the onboarding training and offboarding process.
• Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks & benefits, and organizing Employee Engagement activities.
• Good knowledge of employment regulation on PKWT/PKWTT
• Assist the HR Manager with any ad-hoc duties required

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resources Management/Psychology/Law
• Management or supervisory experience preferred
• Proven experience in HR minimum of 3 years
• Strong employee relations/communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Hands-on with the recruitment process
• Good written and verbal communications skills
• Detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
• Willing to relocate to West Sumbawa.
