Lowongan Retailing Executive (Brand Merchandising) di PT Asian Paints Indonesia

Responsibility

• Play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies in the retail (General Trade and Modern Trade) including all tools investment such as CI Machine, Shop Sign, Shop in Shop, POSM (Temporary and Permanent) within brands guidelines as well as customers' & shoppers' expectations.
• Drive & facilitate smooth and effective implementation of brand plans ( handle and maintain retail budget)
• Develop and implement strategic, tactical creative plans to drive sales and ensure brand growth through various Brand Experience plans in store, adding value to assigned brands
• Review marketing plan and activities with Sales team to evaluate effectiveness and execution of brand experience in retail (distribution and trade marketing activities) and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency.
• Ensure efficient management of Retailing budget  through budget monitoring and reporting on a monthly basis
• Assist, support and organize trade fairs, promotions, events and road shows
• Manage and control inventory for all Asian Paint Point of Sales Materials including CI Machine in Warehouse and Store
• Submit monthly inventory and depletion reports with analysis
• Develop new and consolidate existing relationship with business partners / suppliers and or trade partners
• Assist in preparation and negotiation of proposal for contracts.
• Collect and examine customer satisfaction and feedback.
• Conduct research to identify consumer trends.
• Develop creative materials, templates and collaterals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of brand experience, Asian Paints Machine ( including the Tinting data), Points sales of material (temporary and permanent)

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Paint/Building Material/FMCG industry or in brand management / trade marketing ( paint company is preferable)
• Good team player, able to work with colleagues at all levels to achieve business objectives.
• Possess business acumen embraced with excellent communication skills.
• Good analytical skills, partnered with positive attitude and high learning agility, and can take on new challenges / responsibilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results oriented.
