Requirement :

• Candidates must posses at least Bachelor of Accounting or equivalent
• At least 1 years of working experience in related field
• Experience working with Accounting Systems
• Computer literature : Ms. Office
• Familiar with MCM Mandiri and M2e Maybank
• Foreign Language : English
• Willing to work in Karawang and join as soon as possible

Job Description :

- Preparing, submitting and arranging supplier payment, salaries, taxes, debt installment and interest as well as other payment obligations that are due

- Prepare check/giros for all payment transactions in accordance with the amount of payment requested and procedures set by the company and request approval for checks/giros according to the specimen for each nominal amount

- Update bank balance and exchange rate and monitor all bank accont for debit and credit mutations.

- Prepare document required for bank administration and for extending bank loan facilities

- Perform bank reconciliation

- Month end closing & reporting treasury activities

- Maintain a good and neat documentation system
