Lowongan HEAD OF COMPLIANCE di PT Tokio Marine Life Insurance Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Develop compliance program, including, but not limited to, compliance-related policies and procedures, code of conduct, forms, guidelines, educational training or presentations, mechanisms for anonymous reporting of suspected violations, review/audit and monitoring plans and corrective and disciplinary action plans.
• Develop compliance department-specific compliance-related policies and procedures, forms, et cetera, as deemed necessary.
• Coordinate compliance review/audit activity with audit activity of the external and internal auditors and other groups/individuals, as determined by the compliance officer.
• Manage AML/CFT program as stipulated under the prevailing regulations and compliance annual plan.
• Manage checking on new regulations establishment and ensure all related departments are well informed.
• Coordinate with related departments to review product documents, marketing materials, training materials to ensure compliance with prevailing regulations and internal rules.
• Perform compliance interviews and investigate reports of alleged noncompliance to determine the validity, nature, and scope of the report in conjunction with the designated team members, as identified by the compliance officer.
• Supervise the performance of compliance programs and compliance annual plan by compliance staffs to ensure the achievement of completion target and quality

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in law or any discipline.
• Minimum 7 (seven) years of experience related to legal, risk or compliance service.
• Good interpersonal skills and team work.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English (verbal and written).
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
