Lowongan Quality Assurance Manager di PT Kapit Mas

Requirement :

• Must possess Bachelor’s Degree/Master's degree in a related field preferred (Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacture.
• Proven work experience as a quality assurance or similar role.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• The detail-oriented, proactive, critical, analytical, and logical approach to problem-solving..
• Prior experience in manufacturing and / or jewellery company is a plus.
•  Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance.
• Highly motivated, strong team player, with a good ability to multi-task and re- prioritize as necessary.
• Excellent data collection and data analysis skills.

Job Description :

• Responsible for implementation of quality process in company.
• Ensure document and data as per quality assurance concept.
• Supervise and evaluate work procedures and standards related to operational activities.
• Control, implement, and supervise the examination of the process of implementing quality policies to support the achievement of predetermined quality standards.
• Control and supervise the raw material and finished goods quality in order to meet the standards set by the Company.
• Supervise and evaluate socialization programs related to work procedures, company policy standards.
• Responsible for internal/external audits and inspections and assist in corrective actions when necessary.
• Analyze and evaluate the findings of the audit reports to ensure the operations activities run in accordance with the given standards.
• Monitor industry and regulatory updates, trends, and news to keep the company informed.
