Key Responsibilities :

• Coordiante management trainee program and talent development
• Identify training and development need within on organization through job analysis, apprasial schemes dan reguler consultation
• Develop effective induction prgrammes for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
• Create and/or deliver a range of training using classroom, online, and blended learning
• Responsible for employee training update reports
• Design & develop a Training Need Analysis (TNA) to maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and best practices, conduct effective induction and onboarding sessions
• Lead development, implementation, and assessments of strategies and programs to continuously improve employee engagement, contributing to a high-performing organization linked to our values

Qualifications :

• Minimum bachelor's degree in any field
• Having certification as trainer will be advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in people development/training
• Good and effective leadership, problem solving and strong decision making skills
• Good planning, organize and analytic skills
• Detailed oriented and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Having proven track records in delivering employee training or learning development program
• Proficient with Microsoft office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel)
• Able to work individually and dynamic team environment
• Having residence in Tangerang area will be advantage
• Having certificate of booster vaccine COVID-19
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang - Banten
