• Lead and supervise NOC Operators in supervising / managing projects proactively, providing direction related to problems that occur
• Manage and monitor the performance of NOC Operators to ensure services are delivered properly, as well as identify and resolve problems efficiently
• Coordinate with the technical team for troubleshooting and network repair
• Coordinate with external for troubleshooting and service improvement
• Compile reports and conduct project evaluations

Job Specifications

• Have experience with the same type of work min 3 years
• Have a good understanding of monitoring tools and SLA
• Have an understanding of Satellite Technology
• Have an understanding of networking
• Able and accustomed to prepare work reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Have good coordination and communication skills
• Have good analytical and decision-making skills
