Create and manage 3D BIM models and construction documentation using BIM software. Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate and detailed BIM models.
• Producing construction drawings, technical documentation, and 3D models using Revit software.
• Ensuring BIM models adhere to project specifications and relevant building codes and standards.
• Conducting clash detection and resolution to enhance project coordination and minimize conflicts.
• Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and BIM best practices.
• Contributing your expertise to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit minimum 3 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Proven experience in developing accurate and detailed BIM models and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
