Job Description :

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Check and review the requirement of each site as to what are the permits/clearances needed for applications;
2. Creates the tracker to monitor the status of the permits/clearances and make a daily updates including the issues and dependencies;
3. Manages the Team by clustering the sites (according to its locations) and distribute the workloads fairly to each ROW Engineers to ensure timely delivery of project as per agreed build plan;
4. Conducts internal Weekly and Monthly meeting to address site issues and concerns;
5. Review and finalize the forms and templates including the Letter of Intents (LOI), Undertakings, Permit Forms, Project Scope Presentations etc. before submission to different entities making sure that it is correct and acceptable. Ensure that all documents are in compliance with the acquisition procedures;
6. Handles problematic sites that requires high fees and be able to negotiates based on the standard charging and within the budget;
7. Anticipate possible bottlenecks and facilitates trouble shooting of issues on site to avoid delays during construction;
8. Direct reporting, coordination and attends meeting with the Client regarding the progress of the project;
9. Evaluates performance of the ROW Engineers based on the results of their negotiations, time of delivery and quality of the permits secured. Also, reviews Cash Advances, Liquidations, Request for Payments making sure that the documents are approved and valid;
10. Coordinates with other project domains (Engineering, Implementation, Finance etc.) to ensure alignment and timely delivery of the project;
11. Manages the ROW documents project library including the compilation of files both hard copy and electronic copy for internal use and for submission to Client.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably a Graduate of Bachelors in any Engineering. With at least five (5) years working experience in Telecommunications Companies. Handled progressive roles from Site Acquisition and Right-of-Way permitting;
2. Knows how to communicate and deal with different kind of people (high profile) and with strong negotiation skills;
3. Computer literate. Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office applications (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc.);
4. Having knowledge of FTTH is preferable
5. Honest and Trustworthy;
6. Could do travel in national area;
7. English good.
