Lowongan Legal Officer di PT Tambang Sulawesi Hijau

Job Description:

·      To ensure the Company and its Subsidiaries comply with the prevailing laws and regulations,

·      To provide a summary of new laws and regulations regarding corporate law, mining law, and any related issues with the company’s business activities,

·      Handling and maintaining all corporate business licenses and permit including OSS System, Mining License, Port License, EIA, Land Acquisition, etc.

·      Developing and controlling the full inventory of legal contracts and ensuring the documents are properly maintained and up to date,

·      Handling contract management system, for instance, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the form of contract/agreement,

·      Provides legal assistance, supports, and administration on matters related to regulations, commercial contracts, service agreement, and corporate services/corporate action,

·      Performing legal research and preparing analysis, summaries, and reports as required such as legal opinion.

Requirement:

·      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law,

·      A Minimum 2 years in the same position in the mining, mineral smelter plant, or industrial park sector is preferable,

·      Have deep knowledge or experience in corporate and commercial law, mining law, land acquisition,

·      Have good networking & relationships with regulators in relation to the company’s requirements,

·      Strong ability to analyse situations and information,

·      Have strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills,

·      Ability to work independently, manage large workloads, and keep deadlines,

·      Willing to do business travel to the remote area.
