Experience in Personal assistant:

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
• Provides high-level clerical and administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director.
• Assist and coordinate for internal meeting planning and preparation
• Organize and manage travel arrangements for executives.
• Liaise with other departments and external parties to perform necessary duties.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.
• Set up, maintain filling systems and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Arrange and confirm confidential appointments
• Available and willing to work on weekend and public holiday
• Tenacious and driven

Requirement

• Age between 30 - 38 years old
• At least 3 years of Personal Assistant/Secretary work with experience assisting higher-level stakeholders.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree Secretarial/Mass
• Experience in Personal assistant/Corporate Secretary (is must)
• Experience in Protocol Practitioner preferably
• Good administration, and Excellent verbal and written communication skills with Bahasa and English's.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced working style.
• Extremely proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
• willing to an onsite interview (not online)
