Qualification :

  • Age 25- 30 yo
  • Bachelor of Law / in their field
  • Have 2 years experience preferred 
  • Have good communication skills
  • Meticulous to detail 
  • Understand the laws and regulations
  • Mastering legal drafting, especially cooperation agreement letters 
  • Mastering the management of company licensing is preferred 
  • Mastering Ms.Office

Job Description : 

  • Make necessary agreements based on data/agreements received/requested from other management/departments 
  • Check existing agreements and their appendices
  • Update agreement changes based on change memos from management
  • Coordinating both with internal and external parties (lawyers) related to drafting cooperation contracts and regarding business cooperation with partners.
  • Update the legality of the company 
  • Filling in legal data
