We are looking for a Human Resource (Senior) Team Leader. This role will be the key to creating strategies, develop and implement HR initiatives, generalist role with focus in Organization Development, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relation and many other things related to HR.

Responsibilities :

• Strategic human resources leadership to management and the human resources functions in the operations
• Setting objectives and tracking progress
• Drive transformation throughout the organization
• Managing Organization Development including Trainings
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiative aligned with the overall business strategies
• Analyzing Human Resource data, highlight areas of concern and work with relevant parties on formulating and implementing effective solutions
• Creatively supporting HR projects
• Responsible in all aspect of HR functions

 Requirements :

• Degree in Human Resources, Management or equivalent
• Have CHRP will be advantage
• Minimum having experience as HR Manager minimum 5 years
• Possess excellent knowledge in all HR aspect
• Having good analytical thinking and business awareness
• Excellent communication, pleasant interpersonal skills & problem solver
• Able to work independently, excellent time-management, planning and organizing skills and be able to multi-task to meet deadlines
• English (verbal & written) is a must
