Main responsibilities:

  • Handles talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, and contracts
  • Be knowledgeable about company policies and be able to effectively address concerns relating to those policies and consistently enforce them
  • Work directly with stakeholders to proactively assess companys employment needs and offer hiring solutions
  • Ensure that the company follows all employment regulations in relation to minimum wage, insurance, a healthy and safe work environment, and other labour laws
  • Manage employee data through Talenta

Recruitment:

  • Coordinate with managing directors to identify staffing needs and determine selection criteria
  • Manage and implement end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing through the candidates offering stage (e.g. writing job ad, filtering candidates, conduct interviews, etc.)
  • Handle registrations for employee benefits (e.g. BPJS)

Administrative tasks and operations:

  • Design, develop, and implement internal HR policies aligned with companys objectives and requirements
  • Process and manage payroll
  • Provide legal documents associated with employment contracts (e.g. warning letters, employment offer, termination letters, etc.)
  • Conduct effective onboarding process for new employees that contribute to job satisfaction and company culture
  • Maintain thorough records and databases relating to employee performance (e.g. attendance, reimbursements, grievances, performance reviews, disciplinary actions)
  • Perform regular file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation are complete and accurate
  • Handle exit interviews, analyze employee turnover rates, and manage data transfers from previous employees

Employee performance monitoring:

  • Drive a performance-based culture and continuous improvement
  • Be apprised of various professional development opportunities and encourage employees to be involved with them
  • Work with stakeholders to evaluate employee performance for effectiveness and efficiency in accordance to the companys objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree from reputable university with excellent academic results
  • Have at least 3-5 years working experience in HR areas with responsibility in handling end-to-end recruitment process
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Fluent in written and verbal communication skills, a critical thinker, have strong decision-making skills, a solutions-oriented individual
  • Able to work in a culturally diverse environment and sensitive to other belief systems
  • Computer literate
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and projects at one time
  • Able to take responsibility for mistakes and work towards an appropriate solution in a timely manner
