Job Roles & Responsibilities

The tasks of the Commercial Manager will cover a wide spectrum of areas

• Coordination with Sales and Operations for balance of price and service level.
• Vendor Relationship Development with Shipping Lines, Airlines, and Truckers.
• Rate and Contract Management.
• Rate support to external and internal parties.
• Vendor escalation for Operations & Sales.
• Supporting Business Development.
• Market Intelligence Support.
• Collaboration with Regional Product Team for strategic carrier partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business, logistics or related Field
• Minimum 3 years experience in mid level Management position within air and ocean operations or pricing
• Proficient in MS Office
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments
• Able to operate under pressure
• Customer service Orientated with pleasant and positive personality
• Team player with strong leadership qualities
• Capable of handling and dealing with different level people
• Must be organized
• "Can-do" mentality, empathic and positive attitude
