Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Psychology, Technic of Industry
• Minimum 1-year experience in same as HRGA & Legal Staff or Corporate Secretary or Legal Corporate Staff
• < 30 years old
• Detail oriented
• Good Analytical thinking

Requirements:

• Having an understanding of legal aspects such as company legality, legal drafting, contracts & legal reviews, agreements & permits, company assets
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• An intermediate level of English (both speaking and writing) is a must
• Fast response, Proactive and high initiative
• Have negotiation skill and able to communicate effectively with the vendor and internal team.
• Having experience working in a Logistic company is an advantage

Brief Job Description:

• Support and manage Company legal documents, especially those related to cooperation agreements and legal contracts.
• Provide legal opinion related to legal and business aspects of the Company
• Maintain Update Validity & Control Expired Date of Administration Department Agreement (Business & Vendor)
• Reviewing legal contracts, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents related to company needs.
• Draft agreements and other legal documents
• Manage administration of company permits, both extension and legalization, and ensure that all copies of existing licensing documents are properly documented, assets, and contracts.
• Provide suggestions related to the identifying potential risk related to business transaction
• Perform research related to updated regulations that impacted to Business Operation
• Assist to conduct General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioner Meetings, as well as documenting the minutes of such meetings
