Job Description:

• Provide remote technical support and advocate of customer requests or issues by research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for Infoblox customers
• Collaborate with Principal, Customer, and Internal team to get solution of any problem/incident and other customer requests
• Calculate and keep in check of SLA that has been raised to the customer
• Generate Low Level Design (LLD), Method of Procedure (MoP), problem/incident report, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Preventive Maintenance (PM) report and other related technical documents

Qualification:

• Diploma/bachelors degree is required
• Holding valid Infoblox CDCA/CDAT certificate is a must
• Having minimum 4-years remote technical support, systems & network administration background desirable
• Solid knowledge & hands on skill in DNS, DHCP and other product-related protocols and technology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ambitious and good team player with the ability of analytical, organizational, and multi-tasking in a high-pressure environment
• Eager to enhance the knowledges and skillsets of new technology
