Human Resources:
- To file all staff data
- To maintain database of contract employees and employees under probation (include new employee, historical, head account) every month
- To send notification to HR Manager for employees in probation or contract period will expire
- Supporting HR Manager Division to process recruitment and selection (sorting incoming CV and application from job portal, arrange schedule for interview, prepare form and document for recruitment and selection process)
- Send a rejection letter for prospective employees who are not selected
- Monitoring of attendance & annual leave all employee every day and make a monthly report to HR Manager
- To count & compile all data overtime employees per month
Legal:
- Drafting & reviewing company operational documents
- Monitor and renew all companys legalities and permit required to do it businesses
- Establish, manage and maintain relationship and work together with any third parties related to legal issues (notary, government institution, etc)
- Keep paperwork and digital documents organized and properly filed
- Drafting and/or review legal contracts and; monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested
- Preparing & completed Supplier agreement/vendor & make sure supplier/vendor receive the agreement, also update agreement status/vendor liaise with related department
Qualifications:
- Degree in Law School or related experience
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Proven experience as HR & Legal Staff or relevant field
- Excellent Computer Skill MS. Office in particular
- Excellent organization skill
- Strong communications skill
- Pro-active & being able to identify issues and resolve tasks in timely manner
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time effectively
- Must be well organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work for quality
- Must be dependable performance through management feedback
- Attention to detail
Desirable:
Familiarity with OJK, Fintech Regulations, Export-Import and OSS
