Lowongan Compliance Coordinator di PT Central Georgette Nusantara

1. Assisting all departments in certification audit from external parties and handle for requirement that related factory evaluation and social compliance audit from buyer.
2. Create and manage effective risk analyze and corrective action plan report in response to audit findings and compliance violations after Social Compliance, Audit Visit and internal audit.
3. Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
4. Ensure compliance with requirements in ISO System, Social Compliance, buyer regulation, health, work safety, and EMS review and update regularly.
5. Create documents and or programs to be able to fullfill the obligations required in the identified regulations.
6. Make a socialization the new regulations in accordance with the business process, code of conduct of social compliance, etc for production and related division.
7. Review company policy, procedure, and working instruction to comply with national regulation, international regulation, and buyer regulation (social compliance, health, work safety, environment, etc)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Compliance Coordinator
• Experience in risk management
• Knowledge of ISO System, Social Compliance, K3 and EMS
• Excellent communication skills
• Integrity and professional ethics
• Teamwork skills
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English
