Lowongan Legal Supervisor di PT Idemitsu Lube Techno Indonesia

Brief Job Description:   

• Review and drafting all company agreement (company and commercial) include and not limited to Legal document (i.e MoU, LoI, etc);
• Performed and assist Legal Assistant Manager to become representative of company in respect of corresponded with company affiliate and necessary external party of the company;
• Do Legal analysis and review.

General Requirement:   

• Have a graduate Bachelor Degree majoring in Law;
• Have good communication skill;
• Fluent in Business English is a must;
• Active and Detailed person;
• Able to operate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point);

Specific Requirement:

• Have work experience minimal 3 year in same field;
• Knowing about update regulation in Indonesia;
• Have basic knowledge Legal company;
• Have good in Legal analysis and review;
• Have good in Legal drafting;
• Have good in management documentation;
• Able or common to handle huge amount of company data and document;
• Willing to work at Kawasan Industri KIIC Karawang Barat.
