Business Development Manager / Sales Project for IT Distribution : 

• We are looking at self-motivated candidates, fluent in verbal & written English, self-starters with proven ability to multi task and prioritise under pressure.
• Focus and responsible on selling IT Devices Product & Solution by search new account ( Partner / End User ), develop and managing key accounts, maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them ( Partner / End User ).
• Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with internal or external stakeholder, technical team for solution design, proposal drafting, negotiating, order closing, project execution and payment collection.

Main Duties :

• Find, create, searching and looking own new customer who want buy IT Product & Solution through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting, negotiating, dealing, selling and etc.
• Create project, tandem with Partners or directly search End User is a must.
• Generate, create, develop, manage & approach the "Partner / End User" (Consultant, System Integrator, IT Consultant, Dealer, Reseller and End User) for various vertical markets (Retail, Logistic, Warehousing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities and Public Service, etc) .
• Engage in end to end sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, requirement gathering, aligning with internal or external stakeholder or technical team for solution design, proposal drafting, presentating, negotiating, order closing, project execution and payment collection.

Requirement:

• Maximum 39 years old.
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).
• Must attach the recent photograph in this position.
• Have own a vehichle (Motor / Car).
• Having experienced Minimum 3 Years in IT Product Industry as a Sales and Marketing our priority, fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with IT solutions for various vertical market (Retail, Logistic, Warehousing, Inventory, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Utilities and Public Service, etc…) is preferred.
• Keep update with Technology Trend (Software, Hardware, Solution & Services) related to the product.
• Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing is a must (Active).
• Able to communicate in mandarin is our priority.
• Computer skill is a must (Ms.Office, Ms.Outlook, Internet, etc).
• Strong interpersonal, excellent presentation, aggressively sales goal oriented focus, communication & able to work with internal & external stakeholders is a critical aspect.
• Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya & Puri area (Head Office) and ready to outsite Jabodetabek for business trip, create project, open and develop new market and new business.
