• Position and Role:
• Position is for Associate Research – Adhoc Projects
• Position is to report to Associate Director – Adhoc
• Core responsibility is to help research manager to execute and complete qualitative and quantitative projects

• Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
• Able to support research manager to complete 6 projects per quarter (24 projects a year)

• Work requirement:
• Help to develop proposal for potential clients
• Help to develop questionnaires for new projects
• Help manage field vendors to ensure delivery of data (both qualitative and quantitative)
• Help to analyze raw data (both qualitative and quantitative) using research methods
• Help manager to produce charts & final report

• Skill requirement
• S1 degree with exposure to statistics & research methods
• Ability to use SPSS and other statistical software
• Abiility to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience in other research agency is a must

Requirements

• Bachelor or master degree
• Typically 6-7 years work experience
• Practical experience in client management
• Ability to understand client’s business questions, to design integrated solutions from multiple sources (GfK “products” or other sources) and to add value through simple business recommendations and insight based consultancy
• Expert in industry knowledge
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Working knowledge in research project design
• Advanced in MS Office
• Advanced analytical and management skills, presentation and communication skills
