Job Description:

• Generate and expand potential customer leads

• Build an active growth pipeline

• Participate in relevant tenders

• Review customer needs to enhance offering and competitiveness

• Manage channels to ensure effective coverage of assigned target customer segments

• Drive customer attraction and retention strategy

• Provide updates on sales funnel, forecast, and account status

• Build effective relationship within the company across all functions to ensure customer satisfaction

• Support the marketing plans

• Maintain customer contact database

• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders

• Manage and develop Sales Support

• Alignment with current updates on Logistics industry and potential target marker industry

• Co-draft and review contracts

• Regular reports on sales activities and outcomes

• Coordinating with the local markets & liaise with the various SEA countries on regular status updates

• Business development - identify new leads that will be the next big thing at Tiktok

Qualifications:

-Proven work experience as a business developer with at least 2-3 years of experience in the digital and tech industry

-Have a good network of clients and partners

-Excellent communication, lobbying, sales, and negotiation skill.

-Attractive, strong self-confidence, and highly motivated.

-Have a good knowledge of marketing, sales, advertising, digital

- Fluency in Chinese or English.
