You will...

1. Establish, develop and manage targeted communities-based relations with top tier influencers / celebrities and hairdressers (POLs) by executing Activation Plan
2. Analyze and interpret community report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities.
3. Organize and represent the brand on all events along with Marketing department.
4. Establish connection and relationship with key publishers to drive the agenda on community & advocacy.
5. Manage influencer agency as a stakeholder in building efficiency and transparency for the division; including control on division advocacy budget.
6. Responsibility to be personal assistant for CEO.

You have…

1. Having 2-5 years working experience as Community Executive/ Community Manager for beauty products
2. Proficient in English
3. Bachelor's degree in any major
4. Confidence in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
5. Having knowledge and Interested on RITEL-FASHION INDUSTRY (JEWELRY)
6. Experiences in social media environment
7. Has ability to seek new trends and opportunities based on data.
