About the Job:

• Acquire projects and/or support the senior management in acquisitions and sales through strong client engagement
• Manage several projects under one or more accounts, including mentoring teams of consultants
• Oversee the implementation and quality control of projects with regards to both budget, timeline and quality delivery
• Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well-formulated solutions

You:

• Degree Holder
• At least 6 years of experience in the private banking industry
• At least 6 years of experience of working on Avaloq related projects
• Domain experience covering at least one of these areas: Regulatory and compliance, digital banking, operational excellence
• Good understanding of core business processes and products in the private banking industry
• Good understanding of the Avaloq banking suite both functionally and technically
• Direct hands-on experience working with Avaloq banking products in a project lead and/or solution architect capacity
• Been part of an end-to-end Avaloq implementation project
• Capable of applying technology principles to business
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
