1. Graduates Bachelor's Degree (S1) Finance /Accounting:
2. Minimum Experience as finance for 2-3 Years.
3. Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
4. Experience with Accurate (accounting software) is preferable

Job Description (Responsibility):

• Manage Finance Department Petty Cash
• Verify list of payment and ensure completeness of supporting documents for payment process based on schedules for vendors payment, employee's reimbursement, advance payment and petty cash reimbursement.
• Prepare fund allocation for company operational payment.
• Do monitoring payment status and ensure that all payments are already released and successful.
• Has to ensure all payment evidence to be received by a related person.
• In charge of internal control of account payable
• Daily bank and cash report movements update
• Liaises with Banks on all banking related issues
• Bank reconciliation.
• Monitoring filing documents before and after payment.
• Other Tasks from Supervisor.
