Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Law
• 4-5 years of working experience in Legal or Compliance
• Good knowledge of Indonesian law and its applicability to business situation, Effective training skills, strategic problem solving
• Having an in-depth knowledge in compliance controls, Anti bribery law, Competition law
• Having ability to influence, good communication skill, high level integrity and initiative to speak up
• High level of communication in English

Responsibilities:

• Drafting, Sending, Released President Director Compliance Message every month to all MEIN Employees
• Developing, Implementing and Improve detailed Compliance Actions Plan and Compliance Training Plan
• Provide training for all employees, annual training, induction training for new employees and also e-learning and Compliance Committe Meeting
• Filing Compliance documents, all the forms, minutes of meetings and updates the forms regularly and as necessary
• Support and handle Compliance Audits (Self Check Audits, Operational Audits, Internal/External Audits)
• Maintaining and handling whistleblowing reports, do effectivity survey on the Whistleblowing policy
• Monitor OSS and communicating with BKPM if there are any changes required in OSS
