Lowongan Digital Marketing Agency Manager di PT Jasaku Binfa Nusantara Group

We are building a digital marketing agency and need a manager who can develop it to be bigger. What we need is a strong personality with the growth mindset who likes challenges!

Responsibilities:

- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.

- Developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies and supervising business operations.

- Plan and execute all digital marketing aspect, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.

- Developing and monitoring campaign budgets.

- Measure and report performance of all of internal & external digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback.

- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.

- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.

- Act as Project Manager and other duties to ensure the success of the business.

Requirements:

- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.

- Proven working experience for minimum two years in digital marketing.

- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
