Job Description

1. Based on the customer contract, project objectives, and features, organize each functional module to analyze and identify the key dependencies of the operation procedure and plan, develop the delivery plan of the project/program, and be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the plan.
2. Track and manage the plan execution, analyze deviations and causes according to the PRPGA management method, identify major issues and risks, and give early warnings in a timely manner, organize efforts to develop improvement plans, track the closure of the plans, and take responsibility for the achievement of the plan results.
3. Manage plans and information data, develop data maintenance rules, regularly output data/reports such as release plans, execution results, deviations, and problem analysis as required, and support customer reporting and internal communication and collaboration.
4. Drive organization operation through plan integration, streamline the collaboration of supply, procurement, technology, quality, and finance etc. modules, and ensure the achievement of objectives/results.
5. Responsible for project management digitalization, through digital delivery planning, preparation, and tool application to ensure automatic and efficient transfer of project delivery data, and improve operation efficiency.

Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree, Major prefer Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, project management, etc.
2. English & Bahasa Fluent, Chinese Fluent preferred
3. Have a good command of the basic methods of planning, control, and PRPGA deviation analysis and management.
4. Be familiar with the basic product knowledge of the project and the relationship between the solution and the customer's business value. follow orders etc.
5. Have min. 2 years experience in related field
6. Be proficient in using tools related to project plan management, such as ISDP rollout plan and report customization. Familiar with Excel/PPT, and master the capabilities of data analysis and report summarization.
7. Team leading experience, Work carefully and conscientiously; Strong sense of responsibility; The logic is clear. Strong ability to resist pressure and learn, Good communication skills needed;
