Lowongan FINANCE SUPERVISOR di PT Modern Testing Services Indonesia

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
• Manage collection activities such a negotiating with past-due accounts, and sending follow up to ensure customer invoices are paid accurately, timely and abiding by our company
• policies and procedures
• Update receivables by monitoring and coordinating all processing performed on orders including transaction such as bank remittances
• Update the general ledger on a regular basis and ensure its accuracy and completeness
• Handle financial audit and prepare documents for audit
• Register and maintain records of all finance transactions accurately for future references
• Perform account reconciliation activities on periodic basis
• Assist with month-end closing
• Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
• Petty cash management
• Work with the finance team at head office

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting or finance required
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related position
• Proficient in English is a must
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, accounting and financial software
• Familiar with tax computation, certified in brevet A&B is plus
• Strong leadership and demonstrated ability to supervise and motivate team
• Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work at a fast pace is critical
• Superior time management and organizational skills
