- Candidates should be maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor degree in mechanical or equivalent
- Should be able to communicate in English language ( active )
- Monitor effectiveness of utility equipment
- Review all the machines performance, down gradation reduction, preventive maintenance plan, reasons of nonconformance, machines output and wastage reports
- Plan and head execution of annual shutdown
- Have experience minimum 5 years in a similar role
- Responsible for reduction in machines breakdowns
- Initiate a system for spares development
- Willing to be placed in Kawasan Modern Cikande Serang
- Strong knowledge in alignment , vibration monitoring, rolling element, pump, gearbox and Lubrication.
- Can join immediately.
