Role: Sales Executive

Logwin Air + Ocean is an international freight forwarding company with headquarter in Aschaffenburg, Germany
providing customers with efficient, cost-effective solutions and multi-modal transportation services around the
world. We operate as a group with about 190 own offices in about 36 countries. In Indonesia we are established
since 1991 and have offices in Jakarta and Surabaya. We can offer complete services in Indonesia with our own
PPJK, own bonded warehouse (general, air conditioned, cold room and minus degree storage facilities) at
Soewarna business park where is also our office location. In Indonesia we had a very strong development over
the past years.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Promote and grow the Air and Sea freight services (both imports and exports)
- Client analysis on gross margin, volume, and profitability as well as client management with respect to
handling complaints
- Support finance team mates for Collections of overdue outstanding if needed
- updating the CRM system with customer activities and opportunity management
- Cold calling, quoting and close new business, and maintaining a healthy pipeline of customers/ accounts
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and
stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs -
from various sources
- Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities,
select the deals in line with strategies
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales
processes, structure, and best practices across the company
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and
proposals
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentation
developing new ideas/ strategies
- Proactively source and qualify new business opportunities/leads via inbound and outbound marketing
efforts
What you can contribute:
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
- Degree from junior / senior high school or successful Bachelors degree in business or management
- In-depth knowledge of Shipping Line, Freight Forwarding products such as Sea/Air Import & Exports,
Project Cargo, ODC, Ro-Ro, Break Bulk/Commodities
- Relevant experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry (Minimum 3 years) and good knowledge of Inco
Terms and Operations
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Working experience with sales techniques
- Excellent communications skills in English (Cross-Functional and Cross-Cultural)
- High integrity and work ethic
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
