Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
• Proven experience executing marketing, communications and brand strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
• Resourceful & detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
• Good team player and Self-starter

Responsibilities:

• Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
• Manage communication with partners and Local Media Partners
• Lead, plan and execute Monthly Marketing Campaigns including Digital, Social, Event, Influencers, and PR.
• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
• Brainstorming ideas for new campaigns and coordinating with other departments to produce effective strategies and User Journey.
