Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree in any field (preferably Management, Business and Engineering)

2. At least 3-5 years of working experience in managerial level

3. Have an understanding of equipment and technical repairs in electronics, especially air conditioners

4. Has wide knowledge about Air Conditioner

5. Have good Analytical Thinking and problem solving skill

6. Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty 

7. Placement in Service Center, North Jakarta

Job Description:

1. Development and implementation of corrective action plans to improve customer satisfaction

2. Analyze and improve or upgrade quality and service systems or provedures in the Service department to retain customers, both old and new

3.Make monthly action plans, business related presentations, along with reports that must be submitted on time

4. Conduct performance reviews and key performance indicator of employees at Service Center Area

5. Evaluate customer service to improve company standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met

6. Establish a training curriculum program and determine technician level competency requirements
