- Main IT support liaison across the Group offices including vessels;
- Responsible in maintaining all IT infrastructure, installation of operating systems, network security and hardware/software maintenance ie: CCTV and office access;
- Responsible in supporting onboard vessel remotely when required;
- Responsible in all IT administration including staff onboarding/offboarding;
- Responsible in maintaining updated IT documentation/filing in both hardcopies and cloud server
- Troubleshoot and maintain SAP accounting system
- Responsible in Microsoft O365 automation ie: Sharepoint, Teams, Azure AD, OneDrive, Exchange, O365 Power Apps
Requirements:

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field;
- Minimum 3-4 years experience as an IT Executive or Software Engineer;
- Possess excellent organizing skills;
- Familiar with Microsoft O365 environment (Sharepoint, Teams, Azure AD, OneDrive, Exchange, O365 Power Apps)
- Familiar with Windows PC and server, hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting;
- Familiar with basic IT network infrastructure setup and maintenance.
