Lowongan Senior Sales Executive di PT Goodrich Asia Indonesia

We are looking for someone with a good experience in NVOCC, freight forwarding especially in Asia, and great sales background.

• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking for all Principal Containers and Freight Forwarding verticals.
• To be accountable for new and potential customer/business.
• Create long-term, strong, and trusting relationships with customers.
• Follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage sales and service response process, including detailed quotation, RFQ requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and service recovery (complaints/compliments)
• Sourcing of vendors for Door-to-Door services. (Carrier / Feeders / Transporters / Depots etc).
• Communicate and coordinate with pricing and operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
• Maintain and submit reports to Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years in the shipping agency industry.
• Sales driven, high degree of self-motivation and ambition.
• Adopt a positive, confident, and determined approach.
• Possess skills to work both independently and as part of a team.
