As we continue to expand our operations, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive our growth initiatives.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic-minded Business Development/Sales Manager to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving our business objectives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve sales targets and market expansion goals.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance and business development activities to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Age 30-45 y/o.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemicals or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development or sales, preferably in the chemical industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of chemical products and applications.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends and opportunities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Own a vehicle or have driver’s license (SIM A)
  • Fluent in foreign language (English/Korean/Japanese)
