Lowongan Export Import Senior Coordinator di PT Everseiko Indonesia

Responsibilities:

1. Plans and oversees the flow of goods for international and domestic traffic.
2. Calculates duties, tariffs, price conversions, weight, and volume of merchandise exported and imported.
3. Oversees preparation of documents such as letters of credit, filing tariffs, bills of lading, license agreements, and other correspondence; coordinates other paperwork and documentation necessary to comply with tariffs and customs regulations.
4. Serves as a liaison between suppliers, agents/PPJK, banks, shippers, and warehouse facilities.
5. Expedites shipping of goods into and out of the country.
6. Resolves customs delays.
7. Prepare and submit relevant administration in a timely manner and accurate manner
8. Up to date of current situations, laws and regulations
9. Daily management and scheduling deliveries
10. Filling data and performing other routine clerical tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in logistics management or equivalent
• Proven working experience minimal 5 years as EXIM Senior Coordinator
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Outstanding communication skills
• Able to travel when required
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (is a plus)
• Domicile in Tangerang or West Jakarta
