Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

• Develop a department of well-trained, competent professionals who continuously improve the organization and themselves
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Conduct quarterly one-on-ones with Trainers
• Coordinate with the Quality Supervisor and Operations on consistency issues
• Create and maintain consultant training schedule
• Cultivate a close working relationship with Training Manager(s), Training department personnel, Operations, and other Concentrix managers, supervisors and consultants
• Coordinate the maintenance and development of training workbooks and other training tools used by the Training organization
• Supervision on the execution of Departmental yearly strategy in terms of projects, initiatives.
• Conducting weekly and monthly one to one business meeting with Quality Supervisors and Sr. Supervisors.
• Conducting skip level Quarterly meeting with Quality team and gather their feedback and concerns.
• Managing and attending new implementation project meeting and assuring that the quality requirements are met within time frame of project milestones.
• Supervision on the execution on the development plans for the Quality resources.
• Track and measure performance improvement across all Quality and CSAT and attrition metrics in EGYro.
• Setting corrective action plan and strategies for performance improvement to assure that site CVA meets the targets.
• Assure that Hired Quality resources are within SOW ration and department budget and seeking new ways toward efficient operation.
