Responsibility :

Maintenance Work

• Perform all maintenance work as requested by Production Manager.
• Plan and perform all maintenance work activities to all equipment and other plant facilities.
• Assist operator on how to perform maintenance work systematically.
• Record all maintenance history of any equipment and propose the best improvement in future.
• Keep any maintenance work area clean and safe.
• Keep spare part and maintain availability of stock.
• Inform and report all maintenance done to Production Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining smooth operation of water treatment plant. This include regeneration of softener resin on request from laboratory.
• Responsible to collect oil waste from a maintenance work. Waste oil should be collected in dedicated place and has to be sent to approved oil collector for disposal.

Checking and Controlling Equipment Performance

• Check and control the performance of plant equipment and plant utility then make sure that all equipment function well.
• Check and control all emergency plant facilities such as fire water system, emergency power generator, and alarm system.
• Work On Duty
• If necessary, responsible to be on duty work during weekend and/or holiday. On duty schedule will be arranged by Production Manager.

Project and Plant Development

• Supervise any project and other outsourcing maintenance.
• Be proactive to get any maintenance information that is useful for plant improvement.

Responsible for EHSQ signs and fire equipment for EHSQ committee which includes

• Conduct fire equipment inspection twice a year
• Ensure all EHSQ signs cover all areas and are properly posted.

• Report to Production Manager

COMPETENCE & EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree from Mechanical Engineering 
• Experience min 5 years as Maintenance Supervisor in manufacturing
• Good communication in English and able to work as a team
• Have awareness about Safety, Health, and Environment aspect and its impact. 
• Capable to implement preventive maintenance, in practice and documentation
• Willing to work in Pasuruan – East Java
