1. Preventative, maintenance, management experience
2. Fast Learner, good communication and presentation skills
3. Miscrosoft Office
4. Experience with mining heavy aquipment maintenance (Caterpilar, Kobelco, Komatsu, etc.)
5. POM Certificate
6. Mechanic/maintenance certificate
7. Must have good English
8. 30 - 40 Years Old

Main Responsibility

1. Develop and implement a maintenance strategy that includes preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and predictive maintenance with predetermined standard procedures for all ASI plant and equipment. Create strategies to achieve predetermined KPI targets
2. Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out safely and that all permits, PPE and procedures are in place at all times
3. Looking for solutions to all problems that occur efficiently and effectively, so as to achieve KPIs which include High Machine Availability, Reliability and Cost Control
